The home made Flu Mask

In case we run out of masks during the H1N1 flu season, here is a homemade mask you can make yourself. It is even compatible with the wearing of glasses. One thing though --- MAKE SURE YOUR MASK IS CLEAN!!!!!!!!

Recipe
CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH

12 oz. cranberries, fresh or frozen

2 large naval oranges, peeled, halved

12 seedless red grapes

1 c. sugar

½ t. pumpkin pie spice

Add half the cranberries, two orange halves and grapes to blender or food processor. Cover and blend on low until chopped fine, but not liquefied. Pour contents into a small saucepot and repeat blending process with remaining fruit. Add sugar and spices to saucepot with fruit and stir. Heat for approximately 5 minutes until warmed through and sugar dissolves. Serve immediately or chill.
