Recipe
Pumpkin butter
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup pumpkin puree, at room temperature
4 tbsps creamed honey

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Zest of one orange

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter,

softened
so they blend smoothly. In a medium bowl stir together pumpkin puree, honey, ginger, and zest until will combined and smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, cream the butter with a rubber spatula until very smooth.
3. Gently fold the pumpkin mixture into the butter one tablespoon at a time until completely incorporated. Refrigerate if not using immediately.

Tortilla Ham roll ups
8 flour tortillas
16 slices ham slices,

*(4 x 6)16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 ounces black olives, chopped

2 tablespoons green onion, chopped fine
1 small can Ortega Green chilies chopped
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, olives and onions ,chilies together.
Spread on tortilla. Lay ham on filling and roll up tight. Chill before cutting; cut into 1-inch pieces. Cover tightly.
Serving Size: 12
