cups cooked minute
rice
1 cup chopped
tomatoes
1 cup asparagus
Spears
3/4 cup miracle
whip
1 T, Dijon
mustard
1T.
parsley
Grated peel & juice
from lemon
Toss rice with tomatoes and asparagus in large
bowl. Mix Miracle Whip dressing, mustard, parsley, peel and juice from lemon
together until well blended. Pour over rice mixture, toss to coat. Cover and
refrigerate until ready to serve.
