Recipe
Cowboy candy bars
4 c. oatmeal
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. butter
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
Mix oatmeal, butter, corn syrup and sugar as for a pie
crust. Pat in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15
minutes. Cool.
Melt chocolate chips and add 3/4 cup of peanut butter. Spread over baked
layer. Refrigerate. Cut in squares before completely hardened
