Recipe
Homemade Whipped cream
Pour nonfat evaporated milk into a cake dish or pie pan and freeze until ice crystals form around the edges. (Put your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer at the same time to keep them nice and cold as well.) Then turn the icy-cold milk and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract into mixing bowl and whip until fluffy. Beat 1 or 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar in as well to sweeten.
