jam Glazed Chicken
2 bone in split chicken breast cut into 8 pieces
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 peper
1 lemon.juice
3/4 peach jam
4 chopped cloves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place chicken pieces in a 10-inch, oven-safe skillet or an 8" by 10"
baking dish.Season with salt & pepper squeeze lemon juice over chicken. Stir jam and garlic together and spread over chicken. bake uncover until juices run clear and meat reaches 165 degrees about 1 hr.
