Recipe
Pasta Salad
1 package of elbow maccaroni
1 Med. Cucumber diced
1 Med. Tomato
salt and pepper to taste
cook maccaroni
put in rest of the ingredients and add salad dressing.
Refridgerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

The pasta salad recipe is one of my family's favorites for the summer. It keeps well at picnics bc there is no mayo in it to break down in the heat. We also add some shredded cheddar cheese to it!
