Recipe How to make Steak rub
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 cup paprika2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. dill seed
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl
Apply a generous amount of the rub to both sides of the steak.
