Recipe
Creamy Instant Iced Coffee

1 can of chilled PET® Evaporated Milk,
2 tablespoons Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals,
1/3 cup of sugar to taste,
ice, and whipped cream.
Combine the evaporated milk, coffee crystals, and sugar in a blender container until the crystals are dissolved. Pour over ice in tall glasses, and top with a swirl of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
For creamy vanilla, follow the same recipe but add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. For creamy cinnamon, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. This recipe makes 5 to 6 servings.
