Tip
Pomegranate peels are actually a great treatment for diarrhea.
Cut up peels into small, nickel sized pieces and lay them in the sun to dry. Store in a tea box or glass jar until you need to use them.To make the tea, take 4-5 dry pieces and place them into a cup.
Add boiling water and wait until the drink cools a bit.


Recipe
Asparagus Salad
2 lb. asparagus tips, boiled

1 clove garlic

1 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. oil

1/2 c. pomegranate seeds or lemon juice

1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Boil asparagus tips until tender.
Cut in half lengthwise. Mash garlic and salt.

Add oil and pomegranate seeds or lemon.

Pour over asparagus. Mix well. Sprinkle with parsley.
