Ok don't mix me up !
How far away is spring? Pennsylvania's Punxsutawney Phil, left, saw his shadow Tuesday, which means six more weeks of winter. But New York's Staten Island Chuck, didn't -- which, according to tradition, is a harbinger of an early spring.
Quote by~Emily Kimbrough
“Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That's why it's a comfort to go hand-in-hand.”

Tip
Pour the fat into old jars coffee can ect.
Whenever I purchase tomato sauce and mayonnaise. When I have bacon drippings or old oil from fried foods, I pour the fat into these jars. When the jar gets full, I put the top back on and put the jar in the trash. This will prevent your drains from being clogged with this oil and keep your trash cans from getting messy inside.

My grandmother also collects her frying fat in a coffe can. She has done this for years. I wish the lady that owned my house before me knew this! She poured all of her grease down the drain. Our sink stopped draining and Ryan had to take the pipes apart. You should have seen how much grease was in the pipes! It was nasty!
