Tip
Easy Deviled eggs
Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the corner tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into egg. Just throw bag away when done easy clean up.

Recipe
Peanut orange balls
1 cup chopped roasted peanuts

1 package (12 oz.) orange candy slices, diced

1 package (14 oz.) flaked coconut

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

2/3 cup confectioner's sugar

Instructions

Combine peanuts, orange slices and coconut in large mixing bowl.
Add sweetened condensed milk, mixing well.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar.
makes around 6 dozen
