Pumpkin Muffins

yellow cake mix1

16 oz. pumpkin

3 eggs

1/2 c vegetable oil

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour evenly into baking cups about 3/4 full and bake until light golden brown. Approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
