Place 1/2 cup of peas, 1/3 cup chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup corn into micro-wave safe dish and cook on high for about 10mins. Using a fork, wisk 1 egg and 1 tablespoon milk. Pour onto a plate and cook in micro-wave on high for about 1 minute or until egg is cooked. Chop cooked egg into small pieces. Mix all cooked ingredients together and add enough Kikkoman Soy Sauce for taste. Serve hot. Enjoy.Maxene Freudenberg, Strathpine Qld

Tips
Asthma being irritated by the mites in pillows, put pillow in tumble dryer on hot setting for 20 minutes, this will kill off the mites.
Instead of buying expensive garbage disposal deodorizer, throw in a few pieces of chopped lemon. Run hot water in the drain and turn on the disposal, letting it grind up the lemon. It freshens it and helps clean it too.
Wise to keep a small rug on the lino by a door with a window in it. The lino can get quite hot from the sun shining in and can burn feet quite badly.

I had to laugh about those Japanese names. Just this week I read about a Quebec couple who called their boys Brant Glacier and Logan Avalanche!
