1 serving of meat at room temperature - microwave at medium-high (70%) for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes with the meaty portions to outside; cover with waxed paper. 2 servings of vegetables at room temperature - microwave at medium-high (70%) for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes with bulky vegetables to outside; cover with waxed paper.
MEAT: (chicken pieces, chops, hamburgers, meatloaf slices)1 serving, refrigerated, at medium-high (70%) for 1-2 minutes; cover loosely. 2 servings, refrigerated, at medium-high (70%) for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes; cover loosely.
MEAT SLICES:

(beef, ham, pork, turkey)1 or more servings, refrigerated, at medium (50%) for 1-3 minutes per serving; cover with gravy or paper; check after 30 seconds. At room temperature, microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute at medium (50%).
STIR-ABLE CASSEROLE AND MAIN DISHES
