Halloween Dog Parade 2011. It has taken place every year for the last 21 years in Tompkins Square Park which is located in the East Village. Dog lovers from everywhere dress their dogs up to compete for various prizes.

Recipe
Fast meal Salsa wrap
Brown chicken breast pieces in olive oil in skillet, and stir in some salsa. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked, then shred chicken in the sauce. Layer on warmed tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sliced avocado, and sour cream. Fold flour tortilla and serve.
