How to make your own fajita seasoning
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sugar
2.5 tsp. chicken bouillon cube
1.5 tsp. onion powder
.5 tsp. garlic powder
.5 tsp. cayenne pepper
.25 tsp red pepper flakes
.5 tsp cumin
In a small bowl, crush the red pepper flakes and the chicken bouillon cube together.In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix them thoroughly until completely blended.
Store the mixture in an airtight container or in a zip-close bag.
Season your fajita. Use 2 or 3 tbsp. per fajita serving. After you've made the main fajita - the meat, onions, peppers and anything else that you're frying - spread your tortilla with any condiments that you like
