Quote by~Jack Canfield
"It’s the DOING with money that develops us - it’s not in the having. And when you have more, you’re enabled to DO more."

Facts
You inhale about 700,000 of your own skin flakes each day.
Jennifer Aniston's original name is Jennifer Anastassakis.
Odds of getting a hole-in-one in golf are estimated at about 18,000-to-1.
Bacteria that cause tooth decay, acne, tuberculosis, and leprosy
can be cured with cashews.

Tip
If you get a oven mess ,put enough salt on the mess to cover the spill. This will stop the burnt smell and will turn light and crusty from the oven’s heat so you can just wipe it off the oven floor when cool.

Recipe
Orange Chicken
4 thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ice water
1 egg
1 1/2 to 2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
Sauce:
2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce (or more of desired)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
I/2 teaspoon garlic salt or 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Dash of pepper
2-3 drops orange food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup cornstarch mixed with cold water.
For the sauce:
Combine all ingreingredients except the corn starch water, and bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Keep the heat on, and while stirring add the cornstarch and water mixture until sauce thickens, keep warm while you prepare the chicken.
For the chicken:
Cut chicken into bite size chunks, set aside.
Whisk the egg into the ice water until thoroughly combined, add the salt and baking soda.
Add enough of the flour to thicken the mixture, about 3/4 cup. The batter should be lumpy. Sprinkle some flour over the top of the batter and stir once.
Heat oil to 375.
Roll chicken in remaining flour, then dip into batter. Slide battered chicken into the oil and fry until golden brown, remove and let dry on a paper towel.
Once the chicken is fried, pour sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.

Have a blessed day & Be a blessing to others.
