Veggie Salad with cube Cheese
2 small fresh pickling cucumbers with skin

6-8 medium red radishes

4-5 thin green scallions, both white and green parts

1 cup cube cheese2-

3 generous

tbsp of fresh chopped dill

salt to taste

your salad dressing

Directions Slice all vegetables
Chop dill and scallionsToss everything in a salad bowl.Add cheese or sour creamAdd salt to taste
