Title: Cool Grannies
This is how i see myself age 89.
Quote by~Chinese Proverb
"One joy shatters a hundred griefs.”

A crushed cockroaches can be applied to a stinging wound to help relieve the pain.
Average human body contains enough iron to make a small nail.
Astronauts cannot burp in space.
Mole can dig a hole 300 feet deep in one night.
Sting from a killer bee contains less venom than the sting from a regular bee!

Make your own toothpaste
If you don't like the powder form of toothpaste, you can add glycerin and water to the baking soda and salt to form more of a paste.
You can even add flavored oils to get that mint fresh feeling of store bought toothpaste.
3 parts baking soda
1 part Salt
Mix together a total of 1/4 cup of the above
Add 3 tablespoons of glycerin
and water
until it forms a paste, to the consistency you prefer. At this point add the flavored oils if you like.

Buckeye candy
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
6 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extrac
t4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup shortening

Line a cookie sheet or four with wax paper. In a large bowl, mix together the
softened butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla with a wooden spoon.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
Set them on the prepared cookie sheets and
insert a toothpick into each ball.
Chill in the freezer until hard, approximately 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and shortening together over medium-high heat. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly dip the frozen balls into the chocolate and place back onto the cookie sheets. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, approximately 2 hours.
