2cups cauliflower florets

1/2medium red bell pepper, cut in 1–inch pieces

1teaspoon dried basil

1/2teaspoon salt

1/8teaspoon pepper

2 ice cubes

PREHEAT oven to 450°F

or grill to medium-high.CENTER vegetables on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top with ice cubes.BRING up foil sides.
