Recipe
Peach Surprise
Ingredients
1 large can sliced peaches
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon to taste
1cup bisquick mix
1.put can of peaches into colander and drain into another bowl. Set aside the juice.
2.Put peaches into a bowl and add one stick of melted butter the cinnamon and enough brown sugar (approx. 1 cup) to form juice.
Add enough bisquick to make the consistency of cake batter. If you get it too thick add a little of the original peach juice.
3.Mix well and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown around edges and done in the middle.
