LOL
Hello everyon here a little Quote
by~Logan Pearsall Smith
Thank heavens the sun has gone in, and I don't have to go out and enjoy it.
Its a fact:
Humming birds can't walk.A horse can't vomit.Snail can sleep for 3 yrs without eatting.Oak trees do not produce acorns untill they are 50 years old or older.During the Chariot scene in the movie Ben Hur a red car can be seen off in the distance .

Tips
Oven spills?
The oven has to be on the top of every home maker's list of undesireable kitchen cleaning chores. The best way to keep one's oven clean is to avoid getting it dirty in the first place! To do this, make sure casserole dishes aren't overfilled, or put them on a cookie sheet. Put pies inside a large cake pan or on a cookie sheet, and make a foil tent over roasting meat. This should lessen the frequency of oven cleaning in your home. In addition, not filling your casseroles as high, will make washing the dishes easier because food isn't spilled over the top and burned onto the side of your dishes.
Stubborn stains on pot and pans from non stick cook ware,

Asian fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs,Beaten
4 cups (12 ounces) coleslaw mix
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups shredded cooked chicken, pork or beef
3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons sliced scallions
PREPARATION
1. Heat
2 teaspoons of the oil in a large nonstick skillet.
Add eggs and cook over low heat, pushing uncooked egg from edge toward center, until eggs are set, 3 to 4 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, break eggs into small pieces. Remove to serving platter or bowl.
2. Heat remaining teaspoon oil in skillet. Add coleslaw mix and stir-fry over medium-high heat, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
3. Add rice, meat and soy sauce. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes until heated through. Gently stir in cooked eggs, heat briefly, then sprinkle with scallions. NOTE Stir-fry oil seasoned with garlic, sesame and ginger can be found in the Asian cooking section of most supermarkets. If you don’t have leftover rice, cook some of the quick-cooking kind and use that.
