Why i love Mr.Benjamin Franklin

Mr.Benjamin Franklin

Good day everyone, i hope you have a great weekend!
See you all monday with more.
Quote By~ Benjamin Franklin
Eat to live, and not live to eat.
Fish and visitors smell in three days.
Having been poor is no shame, but being ashamed of it, is.

It's a fact:Benjamin Franklin
Birth January 17, 1706
Death April 17, 1790
Place of Birth Boston, Massachusetts
Franklin worked unstintingly to build compromise and consensus during the Constitutional Convention. In the end, he urged the delegates to adopt the Constitution unanimously as a show of solidarity for the states, even though he himself did not approve of all its provisions.
Franklin worked to abolish slavery in the United States.
His success as a printer enabled Franklin to retire at age 42 and pursue his scientific and political interests.
Franklin invented bifocals and the lightning rod, and charted the course of the Gulf Stream.

Homemade Bread Sticks for Baby

By Rachel Paxton
Is your baby teething? Homemade bread sticks are easy to make and are great teething biscuits for older babies. You can make bread sticks out of most any kind of bread by baking at a low temperature (150-200 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bread sticks are hard and crunchy.
For the recipes below, after baking, let bread cool. Slice bread into "sticks" and bake at 150-200 degrees for 1 hour. Store in airtight container. Your baby will love it!

Tips
Cleaning oil spots off Concrete
The simplest way to remove oil stains is to sprinkle dry wood ash over them. Leave the ash in place for 24 hours or more, then sweep it clean. The ash will soak up much of the oil.

If your stain is too tough for wood ash, try paint thinner ,also known as mineral spirits. Always wear safety glasses and rubber gloves when working with paint thinner. Pour a little onto the stain, and sprinkle some cat litter or cornmeal over it before it dries up Allow the paint thinner to dry for about an hour, then sweep it up.

For paint stains, use a citrus-based cleaner.

My favorite piece by Ben is On Choosing a Mistress. He wrote an entire piece on why having an older woman as a mistress is better than having a younger one! Very funny!

He was a pretty amazing man! I wonder if he picked up his dirty clothes...
