Vintage Aprons

My Vintage Aprons from my Aunt Betty 1940-1950s

Good day my friends,
Hope your having fun weekend almost here so hang in there.

This is so pretty had to share my mother sent it to me.
Ecclesiastes 3

Great recipe
Recipe Carrot Patties
3 carrots grated
3/4 finely chopped celery
1/2 c grated onions
1/4 c bread crumbs
2c eggs lightly beated
1/2 cup picked fresh chervil
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
makes 12 patties
1. mix all in a bowl
2. 1 1/2 Tables press with your hands into patties place on wax paper untill you get all patties
3. place in large nonstick skillet over med. low heat. Coat with non stitck cooking spray.
3 or 4 min.per side.repeat untill you have all patties
done about 8 patties cook untill golden brown
yummy with porkchops place on side yum
